INTEGRATED SERVICES

One team for IT and security.

Small factories usually end up with a patchwork: a network contractor, a part-time admin, a firewall vendor, and a security product nobody has time to run. We replace that with one plan and one point of responsibility.

Assessment Design Implementation Validation Operations
SERVICE MAP

Four areas, combined to fit your stage

Start with a one-time assessment, or build the whole foundation from scratch. The scope depends on what you already have.

01 / INFRA

IT infrastructure

Networks, servers, cloud, endpoints, email, and backups. Get the daily operations stable before adding more layers.

  • Network design, VLAN segmentation, and cabling coordination
  • Servers, virtualization, and cloud resources
  • Endpoints, email, collaboration, and account lifecycle
  • Backup, disaster recovery, and restore testing
See the deliverables →
02 / SECURITY

Security

Start with what's exposed, then fix what matters. Build a path from asset visibility to patching, access control, logging, and compliance.

  • External exposure and asset discovery
  • Vulnerability scanning and patch tracking
  • Firewall, endpoint, and identity controls
  • Logging, audit, and MLPS support
See the deliverables →
03 / INDUSTRIAL

Industrial monitoring

RadCar screens vehicles for radioactive material at the gate, with alarms, video evidence, and an offline kiosk workflow.

  • Site survey and equipment selection
  • Detector installation and threshold calibration
  • Dual-beam speed measurement and video linkage
  • Industrial PC deployment and operator training
See the RadCar setup →
04 / MANAGED

Managed operations

Keep the system useful after go-live. Monitoring, checks, reporting, and response, without requiring a full-time security team.

  • 24/7 alert monitoring
  • Monthly asset and security reports
  • Incident response and postmortems
  • Capacity and budget planning

01 / INFRASTRUCTURE

IT infrastructure

Get the basics right first

Most security problems start with missing IT basics: flat networks, no asset list, backups that were never tested, shared admin accounts. We fix those before adding more security products.

NETWORK

Network and perimeter

Office, production, and guest segmentation; VLANs, ACLs, Wi-Fi, and internet edge.

COMPUTE

Servers and cloud

Physical, virtual, and cloud workloads; migration, storage, and cost control.

WORKSPACE

Endpoints and collaboration

Standard images, email, file sharing, and account lifecycle.

BACKUP

Backup and recovery

Schedules, offsite copies, and restore tests that actually run.

DOCS

Documentation

Topology, asset inventory, runbooks, and change history.

SUPPORT

Day-to-day support

Desktop issues, account changes, device failures, and vendor coordination.

DELIVERABLES

What you get

  • Current-state report and network/system diagrams
  • Asset, account, and permission inventory
  • Design, bill of materials, and budget breakdown
  • Implementation and cutover plan with rollback
  • Backup policy and restore test records
  • Runbooks, training, and handover documents
02 / SECURITY

Security

From visibility to something you can fix

Buying appliances is easy. Running them is not. We start with asset and exposure visibility, then build a remediation path around the tools and staff you actually have.

ASSET

Asset and exposure

Internet-facing assets, open ports, service fingerprints, WAF/proxy detection, and change tracking.

VULN

Vulnerability and patching

Software inventory, CVE matching, risk ranking, fix recommendations, and retests.

BOUNDARY

Boundary and endpoint

Firewall rules, remote access, endpoint baselines, antivirus, and patch management.

IDENTITY

Identity and access

SSO, least privilege, offboarding, and privileged account management.

AUDIT

Logging and audit

Key system logs, retention, search, and alerts for investigations.

MLPS

Compliance

MLPS gap analysis, remediation plan, evidence preparation, and assessment support.

DELIVERABLES

What you get

  • External exposure report and asset change list
  • Software and vulnerability inventory with CVE, severity, and affected hosts
  • Fix priority, owners, and retest records
  • Hardening checklist for boundary, endpoint, and accounts
  • Log ingestion and alert rule documentation
  • MLPS gap analysis and remediation recommendations
03 / INDUSTRIAL

Industrial monitoring

Catch it before it enters the yard

In scrap, recycling, and logistics, a vehicle can carry radioactive material into the site. Finding it after the material is unloaded or melted is expensive. RadCar screens vehicles at the gate.

DETECT

Radiation detection

Multiple detector nodes, local background calibration, and threshold alarms.

SPEED

Dual-beam speed

4-state parsing, speed estimation, and detection of overlapping or reversing vehicles.

ALARM

Alarm and video

Pulsed alarm, silence timer, camera linkage, and event evidence.

KIOSK

Industrial PC

Kiosk mode, offline operation, auto-start, and hardware fault alerts.

LICENSE

Licensing and audit

Device-bound license, role-based access, and audit log.

OPS

Operations

Backups, restore, on-site training, and follow-up visits.

DELIVERABLES

What you get

  • Site survey and lane/equipment layout
  • Detector, edge gateway, and industrial PC configuration
  • Calibration and trial-run records
  • Alarm handling workflow and operator training
  • License, accounts, and permissions
  • Acceptance documents, backup policy, and handover
04 / MANAGED

Managed operations

The work after go-live

A security system starts to decay the day it goes live. Assets change. Patches expire. Alerts get ignored. We keep the system useful instead of letting it become shelfware.

MONITOR

Monitoring

Asset changes, exposure changes, vulnerabilities, and alerts.

RESPONSE

Incident response

Classification, containment, evidence, postmortem, and remediation tracking.

REPORT

Monthly reporting

Assets, vulnerabilities, alerts, compliance, and next actions in plain language.

REVIEW

Quarterly review

Adjust strategy, budget, and priorities as the business changes.

PATCH

Patching and change

Patch evaluation, change windows, rollback, and verification.

TRAIN

Training

Operator training, alarm drills, and security awareness.

SLA / EXAMPLE

Service rhythm

  • Weekday 9:00–18:00 standard support
  • 24/7 notification and response for critical alerts
  • Monthly asset and vulnerability report
  • Quarterly operations review
  • Change review before major work
  • Annual incident drill

Actual SLA depends on the agreed scope and response levels.

ENGAGEMENT

Three ways to start

Not sure where to begin? Start with an assessment, then decide between a project and an ongoing retainer.

ONE-TIME

Assessment

For teams that need to know what they have before committing to a build.

  • External exposure scan
  • Software and vulnerability inventory
  • Network and account review
  • Risk list and remediation advice
  • One readout meeting
Ask about an assessment
MANAGED

Annual retainer

For companies without a dedicated security team that still need someone watching.

  • 24/7 critical alert response
  • Monthly asset and vulnerability reporting
  • Quarterly operations review
  • Patch and change support
  • Annual incident drill
Ask about a retainer
FAQ

Common questions

We don't have IT or security staff. Can we still work with you?

Yes. That's who the managed service is for. We handle monitoring, checks, alerts, and response. You need one person who can approve changes and let us in. We train that person and document everything.

Do we have to replace our existing equipment?

No. We keep what works. If something needs to be replaced, we explain why and what happens if it isn't. The decision stays with you.

Is MLPS required for us?

It depends on your industry, customers, and contracts. We start with a gap analysis and separate legal requirements from customer requirements and nice-to-haves.

Does our data leave the site?

BlackBird, GhostScan, and RadCar can run on your infrastructure. If a cloud service is involved, we tell you what leaves the site and why before anything is deployed.

How long does a project take?

An assessment usually takes a few days to two weeks. A build depends on scope, usually weeks to a few months. Managed service runs annually.

Not sure which step comes first?

Send us the current setup and the problem. We'll reply with a short, practical plan.
